20%- Drive Talent Management and Development activities to build up high-performing organization, including succession planning, talent planning, performance management, IDP, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
Solid training program design skills, can lead various training program development from leadership, sales to functional competencies. Have the capability to write training materials, develop cases and facilitation guides.
Good project management skill include defining clear project objectives & measurements/project plan, and track project progress to ensure on time delivery with good quality.

Good data analytical skills to provide insights to line managers regarding to the ROI of the training investment, learning behaviors and etc.,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
