1.Outpost and POP-UP Plan and implementation
Assist line manager to develop annual outpost and pop-up plan by door, update on monthly basis. Manage outpost budget (rental & production).
2. Provide store outpost schedule and theme three months before campaign, coordinate with each party (sales, product team, VM, CRM, training ) for contracts, layout, merchanism, man power, sales target, DM/print ad design and CRM support, supervise on site set-up and ensure perfect execution. Update monthly outpost overview of competitor and EL.
3.Outpost and Pop-up execution and tracking
Provide post evaluation of each outpost and pop-up vs. target, summarize learning and share with sales/product team/VM/CRM. Also conduct monthly outpost review of key competitors, highlight key points to learn.
4.Promotion activities execution ,evaluation and tracking – target stores :
GWP allocation and order follow up and other related counter promo daily works:
Sales performance analysis after each GWP per door basis, summary of key learning and improvement plan. Monthly analysis and summary on competitor promotion activities.
1.Working in KA channel is preferred. Background in Prestige is preferred.
2.Good negotiation and mature communication skills. Strong intention to be succeeded, passionate with high energy.
3.Basic planning skill and strong budget control sense, strong analytical skill
4.Creative and taking initiatives, work independently.
5.Care and further to details. Positive with can-do attitude, with tenacity.
