CN.销售.一线销售..销售及教育训练主管

1) In-store Coaching >70% time allocation

  • Provide support, advice and direction to Studio Managers and MUAs in all matters pertaining to their roles and activity in-store.

  • Coach each door to ensure the highest of CL service standards is maintained at the point of sale. Coach each MUA on specific service/selling behavior and best practices via role-play exercises.

  • Lead by example via counter coaching - always work alongside each Studio Manager and MUA to provide on-going Education (customer service, selling skills, sales SOP, product knowledge and personal grooming).

  • Review on a monthly basis each MUA’s productivity – AUS, IPT, Biz Mix penetration, new recruitment customer retention. Enhance performance and address concerns via in-store coaching.

  • Conduct quarterly MUA appraisal in conjunction with the Studio Manager. Recommend/implement course of action – training needs … etc. Submit quarterly appraisals to Sales and Education Managers to review.

  • Attend all training sessions as directed by Sales and Education Managers to improve skills and knowledge.

  • Conduct recruitment and selection with Sales Manager for all new MUAs.

2)Sales Management >15% time allocation

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop monthly counter targets and action plans.

  • Build strong retailer relationship and support, always negotiate for attractive Brand exposure opportunities and partnership programs.

  • Submit a monthly journey plan to the Sales Manager before the start of each month. This journey plan should appropriately reflect Sales and Education priorities.

  • Actively participate in monthly MUA/SM meetings and review with Sales and Education Managers on issues such as achievement of sales targets, key business issues, service level, education concerns … etc.

  • Strictly ensure Brand Clienteling system is well maintained and executed, quality service follow-up carried out for every transaction, counter operational system effectively managed (reports, POS data, counter image, merchandising, tester/caddy/hygiene units, testers/sampling control, competition activity tracking, magazines, flowers … etc), and customer complaint/feedback procedure is executed according to company policy.

3)People management>10%

  • Build emotional linkage with MUAs, enable and develop them

  • Can’t exceed turnover rate hurdle

  • MUA recruitment and top MUA development plan

  • Work with training team for team building

4)Outreach/Special and Press Events >5%

  • Supervise and oversee the set up of the event venue per details directed by Brand.

  • Ensure all event logistics and merchandising display are properly arranged as directed by Brand.

  • Work with Sales, PR, Education cum field team in all events to ensure objective met.

MEASUREMENTS

  • Achievement of sales target.

  • Achievement of store ranking objectives.

  • Achievement of new recruitment, retention and product mix target

  • Achievement of SOP tracking

  • Achievement of outstanding, MUA grooming standards and customer service level.

  • Achievement of excellent execution of outreach/special and press events.

Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.):

1.Preferably with cosmetics and / or makeup knowledge and experience.

2.Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese language.

3.At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Great public speaker and presenter. Also an excellent coach and communicator.

4.Strong analytical skills, ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize problems-solving issues.

5.Excellent team player with great interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and mentor a team, leading by example.

6.Counter-based office. Must wear full Bobbi Brown uniform at all times during working hours.

7.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, demanding environment.

8.Good knowledge of retail selling with some background in merchandising and retailing.

9.Computer literacy is essential, ideally for Word and Excel.
