A brand new function of Clinique brand which requires a high motivation and initiative to build a systematically sales planning working scope from ground ZERO. Provide budgeting, reporting, analysis and strategic operations process management, will develop clear business and measurement objectives for each business initiative through collaboration with internal team members and external customers/vendors. Requires strong logic thinking, an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, an excellent command of sales operation and relationship management, sense of business to:

Sell In: Manage the accurate brand’s total channels’ sell in target achievement via leveraging proper sell in phasing and franchise portfolio according to marketing calendar and sales forecast with clear goods in-bond tracking and domestic logistic delivery, co-working with all supporting functions.

Monthly decide and execute the brand total sell in usage plan.

-Balance and control sell in target achievement of the brand total, including Department store, Sephora and E-commerce.

-Decide a comprehensive gross franchise sell in MIX among over 300 SKUs with a clear command of marketing calendar, sales incentive plan, counter stock, DC/in-bond stock.

-Monthly communicate key SKUs’ sales forecast by channel with product marketing and advise to sales director in target setting.

-Plan TOP SKUs’ sell in portfolio by business channel.

-Track OOS and key SKUs shipment info with supply chain team.

-Review and control all channel’s regular saleable orders by day.

Build, operate and smoothly run the centralized order system of goods allocation and usage plan.

-Counter: Centralized manage order system for all counters. Ensure a proper counter MOC and inventory MIX to timely meet the business needs.

-FSS: Accurately estimate the sell thru achievement to leverage brand total sell in achievement at month end.

-Sephora: Review regular saleable orders and control SKU mix.

-E-commerce: Estimate a month-end sell in achievement and ensure proper stock blocked for T-mall.

-Tester: Review and manage tester orders and control the line budget of brand total. Align new products tester plan with VM.

-Credit team: Negotiate and apply special release for urgent counter orders to meet business needs.

Sell Through: Support National Sales Director in business target setting and achieving with field sales team via different sales strategy implementations and resources portfolio.

Build and execute a strong and persuasive annual target allocation system according to comprehensive factors influenced by historical business performance and market development plan.

-Achievable: Ensure a possibility of 100% target achievement.

-Grow: Ensure the growth target, annually, quarterly and monthly.

-Phasing: Balance the monthly phasing, regional and national.

-Rank: Ensure to achieve doors’ in-store ranking target.

-Share: Meet brand market share growth needs in each city.

Assist National Sales Director in target cascading and sales strategies decision making.

-Provide business trend analysis via regular sales estimation collection, sales performance tracking and daily communication with regional sales team.

-Communicate and execute the incentive plan with field sales team, timely tracking and review the sales performance.

-Ensure a well communication and execution of all brand policies and sales strategies to field sales team

Bridge the communications channel trans-team and coordinate the promotion resources usage plan.

-Communicate with field sales team for monthly target phasing, collect promotions, activities, goods and GWP delivery plan.

-Liaise with TM for promotion activities and resources allocation.

-Daily business support required from field sales team.

Reporting: Manage a high frequent business performance analysis to provide solid reference to influence the management team’s business review and key decision making.

360 degree business performance analysis, including weekly KPI tracking, monthly business review, quarterly and annually reviews.

Timely by door performance review to track the effectiveness of sales policy and incentive plan.

Leverage AS for an accurate master data maintenance to ensure timely reports delivery, both internal and outsourced vendor reports.

Brand Business Intelligence System (BI reports) power user.

Other support required by national sales director in market analysis.

Other data reports required by the management team.

Process Management: Investigate in current business operations situation and build an integrated system via creating branched mechanisms to foster an improved team’s detailed management.

Review and improve Counter SOP to a systemic level, including logistics, operations, crisis processing etc.(Department store/FSS)

Monitor counter daily execution of SOP and provide customized improvement suggestions and action plan.

Develop and execute sales team SOP to ensure an efficient and professional working process and daily communication.

Issue process and policies under a strategically solid base.

New door opening execution with field team.

New doors performance and process execution tracking.

Other process reviews if change management is needed.


  • Sales Admin Supervisor: Ensure a smooth daily counter operation.

Supervise sales administrative support for counter and sales team.

Teaching & coaching sales admin in credit issue processing, PO/PI consolidating, CC incentive tracing, team budget control etc.

Ensure a 100% support from sales admin to national sales director.

Intern ambassador of corporate centralized mentorship program.

3.Strong communication skills, excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral, especially the ability to discuss quantitative findings in easy-to-understand terms in verbal and written formats.

4.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

5.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and to freely give and receive feedback.

6.Bachelor's degree in the area of business, math or statistics is desirable.

7.3 years working experience, at least 1 years professional experience in related industry.
