Key roles and responsibilities:
1.Define event strategy and plan national event calendar according to marketing calendar and campaign theme.
2.Create new retail event concept and format.
3.Co-work with global event team, sales team and local agency to design different level retail event.
4.Collaborate with consumer engagement team to translate campaign concept to event concept.
5.Cooperate with local consumer engagement and PR team to do 360 degree event plan.
6.Evaluate and analyze event result, work out future action plans.
North region retail marketing part:
1.Take charge of north region retail marketing role, include event, promotion and VM integration & execution, regional CRM KPI analysis and follow up.
2.Organize and plan north region new door opening and city take over program.
3.Keep communication with key retailers and try to get fully support from them for key campaign or program launch.
4.Negotiate with retailer, landlord and agency and ensure the maximum of in-store and outdoor brand visibility.
5.Tailor-made key account in-store activity calendar to ensure the goals of ranking.
6.Well monitor the regional result of all marketing plan (product, promotion, and merchandising) and feedback to brand team.
7.Submit all payment requests in time. Track the balance of spending and budget monthly.
Work Experience: 8 years trade marketing experience
Required Background Characteristics:
Open-minded, innovative thinker, and be organized
Cosmetic/FMCG/Event agency background is preferred
Act collaboratively, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Good sense of service and responsibilities.
Be accountable for results, strong time management.
Good in numerical and analytical ability
