Education Manager, Clinique/ADF/LAB, TR China
Education Manager is responsible for implementing brand’s global education strategy & guidelines and align it with Travel Retail APAC overall strategy for the country.
She/he will collaborate with all the functions in the brand to develop effective retail education program for all the field team (Clinique Consultants, Lab Series Skincare specialist and generic staffs).
She/he has to work closely with Regional Education Manger to develop customized and diversified training contents in both digital and class room seminar to engage with confidence and to drive productivity.
She/he should have a passion to motivate, create enthusiasm, inspire and enable people to achieve team goal.
- Retail Education andExecution
Plan and execute seasonal seminars and all field programs according to market strategy in order to ensure field team are confident to achieve result.
Facilitation of core education programs provided by global/regional education team.
Adapt seminar strategy to custom-fit needs of each Travel Retail market / retailer and level of audience to ensure immediate translation of learning and provide feedback to follow-up.
Strengthen team spirit and partner with retailers to support training program for generic staffs.
- Coaching and TalentDevelopment
Representthe brands as a role model, set the example and provide direction to the fieldteam.
Conduct on-counter coaching and where permitted, work in store with Consultants to demonstrate product knowledge and selling techniques.
Communicatewith sales partner / retailer to ensure consistent in-store message; develop,execute and follow up especially for the top doors in TR China.
GrowSales and Education Coordinator / Field Trainer skills by leveraging their coachingand leadership capabilities.
- Sales Performance andProductivity
Achieveall retail KPI’s on overall retail growth and increase in productivity by providingmotivation program which is in-line with retail strategy.
Partnerwith Sales team to plan and execute on-counter events.
- Collaboration and Partnership
Play a key role in coordinating and collaborating with Regional team to develop Chinese Travelling Consumer engagement program.
Collaborate with Affiliate’s education for training support or sharing resources.
Align and engage team members to achieve Brand objectives.
- Other Tasks
Perform fundamental education administration to all training matters, motivation program, organizing workshop that impact field team.
Support digital learning and perform supporting training logistic and administrative duties that involve 3rdparty vendor.
Manage and administer education budget and allocations for programs delivered to Consultants and Generic Staff.
EnsureClinique Consultants and Lab Series Skincare specialistadhere to brand’s image as well as high standard of grooming.
Generate reports to reflect market status and provide education feedback.
To be involved in the planning and execution of the Brand Education Meeting.
Collate education related feedback / reports to Regional Education Manager.
University degree holder preferred
Above 5 years of relevant training ortraining-related experience, preferably in cosmetics / Travel Retail business
Excellent communication skills (bothoral & written) in English and Mandarin are must.
Self-starter and have the ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong presentation skills
Good in social media influencing onBrand Equity and digital capability
Willingness to travel (60%)
